Our installers have MECP certification, and participate in sponsored training programs. Our Van service comes directly onto your lot and performs a same day replacement. If no swap unit is available, we will repair the unit quickly and return it to the customer at their home or work. This allows you to make the delivery of the vehicle. We will also, when available, offer loaner radios for your customer’s use while theirs is in for repair. We are also an authorized installer of Alcohol Detection Systems ignition interlock devices.

Installation
Ignition interlock device installations usually take 1-2 hours at your local Official Intoxalock Location, depending on the make and model of your vehicle. You can either wait for the installation to be complete in a waiting area or can drop off your vehicle for pick-up later.

Calibration
Depending on which state you live in, you will need to have your device calibrated every 30 to 180 days. These calibrations make sure your device accurately reads and records your breath alcohol concentration with every sample you provide.

Removal
Removing your ignition interlock or breathalyzer device is easy. Your installer will remove the device and will mail it back to Intoxalock for you. It's important that only your Official Intoxalock installer disconnect your ignition interlock device.
